From the very first session, we gather documentation, testimonies, and all materials that can be used to ensure the best possible outcome.
Expert Report
For physical injuries, if present, we appoint a medical expert to draft a technical report that describes the actions, the causal link, and the event, while also quantifying the damage. For
financial losses, we task an employment consultant or accountant with calculating the entitlements.
Out-of-Court Phase
A formal letter is sent to the responsible parties and their insurance company, describing the incident and stating the compensation claim, while allowing time to settle the matter amicably.
Judicial Phase
If the out-of-court phase fails, we proceed with legal action, presenting the documentation, expert report, and claims using the fastest legal procedures available.
How Long Does It Take?
As quickly as possible. The key is to work thoroughly from the start, gathering all necessary materials for both phases and choosing the procedure that best meets your needs.
How Much Does It Cost?
Up to the out-of-court phase, only the possible costs of the expert report. After that, costs for legal stamps, court fees, and potential expert witness fees may apply. The lawyer’s fees, however, are only paid at the end, and only if we win the case.
